A one-off to get your site onto our managed platform. Transfer what you have, refresh it as part of the move, or build something new.

A fixed monthly fee for how much of the digital side we run for you, from keeping the site running through to running the whole thing.
Your monthly plan covers the level of support you choose. Your website transfer, refresh or new build is priced separately and agreed before work begins.
What you will pay, all in
There are only two numbers: a one-off Foundation to get started, and your monthly plan. We quote the Foundation exactly with you before any work begins, so the one-off is agreed up front and never a surprise. No lock-in, and you can cancel your monthly plan with 30 days notice. GST not currently charged.
See your site before you pay
For a new build or refresh, you review and approve your finished website at a private preview link before you pay the balance, and your domain only moves across when you say so. Fixed price, agreed before we start, so there are no surprises.
Foundation Setup
The one-off to get started. Each is a starting price; we confirm the final scope with you first.
Transfer
A move of your current site (like-for-like), rebuilt with the latest codebase onto our secure, high speed, industry level web hosting platform.
Refresh
Transfer your site and freshen it up with a new design of your choice as part of the move.
Build
A brand-new website, packaged with a custom domain registered for the first 12 months.
Includes 1 year of a standard domain.

Watchtower
For a site you already have elsewhere: we watch uptime and your SSL certificate, and we alert you when there is a problem.
Watchtower alerts you when there is a problem. It does not include investigation, repairs, website updates, technical support or a human response commitment.

Most businesses start with a Foundation Setup and one monthly plan. These are available when they make sense for your setup, never required. We will always recommend the simplest option that solves the problem.

What is the difference between the Foundation Setup and the monthly plan?+
They are two separate decisions. Foundation Setup is a one-off to get your site onto our managed platform: Transfer, Refresh or Build. Your monthly plan covers the level of support you choose from then on. Your website transfer, refresh or new build is priced separately and agreed before work begins.
Is Watchtower a cheaper version of the monthly plans?+
No. Watchtower is $12/month and is a monitoring-only product for a site hosted elsewhere. Watchtower alerts you when there is a problem. It does not include investigation, repairs, website updates, technical support or a human response commitment.
Do the monthly plans include business email?+
No. Business email and Microsoft 365 are a separate product family, priced per user each month, so you only pay for the mailboxes you need. You can see them on the full price list.
Do you build custom automations?+
Yes. If your team does the same thing the same way every week, we can usually automate it, and we are not limited to a fixed list. We start with an efficiency consult to find what is worth doing, then build it, and can host and manage it for you. It is priced on enquiry, because the cost depends on complexity and running costs, and we scope and quote before any work begins.
Will you guarantee my rankings or that an AI tool recommends me?+
No. We help improve how clearly your business is described for search and answer engines. We do not promise rankings, leads or that any AI tool will recommend you.
What does the Priority 1 response on the top plan cover?+

Do I own my domain?+
You are the registrant and legal owner of your domain. Nightshift Lane manages DNS, nameservers, SSL, routing and renewal on your behalf.
