Do you actually work in the South West, or is this a city agency with a regional landing page?
We are based in the Margaret River region (postcode 6285). The South West is the home market, not a keyword. Why not just use Wix or a local hobbyist?
Both work until they do not. Wix and Squarespace cap your performance and SEO ceiling, and a one-off build from anyone, hobbyist or agency, is set-and-forget by definition: it degrades the day it ships. Our model is the opposite. The site is built fast and modern (Next.js, hosted on Vercel and Cloudflare) and then monitored and maintained every month so it does not quietly rot.
What does the overnight monitoring actually do?
Every site we manage is checked continuously. Uptime, page speed, SSL certificate expiry, security headers, broken links and SEO health are all tracked, and you get a plain-English report every month. If something breaks, we usually know before you do. That is the nightshift: the work that happens while you sleep.
Can you help me get found by AI assistants like ChatGPT?
Partly, and we will be honest about the limits. AI assistants surface businesses that already rank in search and that have a strong local presence (Google Business Profile, reviews, citations).
